What drew me to select Swindell & Sons Roofing was not only the price but Dave’s commitment to quality. He was constantly on the scene, from removal of the old roof to the installation of the new roof. After the roof was finished he personally went up into the attic to address and correct some very minor issues. If you are looking for a local roofer you can trust (grew up in Cantonment, attended all the local schools and resides in Cantonment) and one who will give you an excellent price on a roof replacement Dave Swindell is the man !

David and his crew did a most excellent job on our roof repair here in Cantonment. I could not be happier. David came out immediately after I spoke with him for a quote and by the end of the day I knew what the cost was and when it would be completed. Within a few days the job was done. The thing that impressed me the most was David’s ability to communicate with me during the whole process. I never had to wonder what was going on. He was in constant communication with me via text, email or phone the entire time. The cost of the job was very reasonable and competitive in comparison to several other quotes I was given. If you want a roof repair done right at an affordable price just call David and I assure you, you will not be disappointed. Excellent work, communication and price. He is the only roofing contractor in Pensacola I will be calling from now on.

Swindell and sons was chosen to replace my end of life roof. The price was fair and the work was quality. A terrible storm came through a few days later to test the roof and there were no problems. Honest people, good quality work and affordable pricing. I will use this service again.

I contacted David (a former student of mine a long time ago) about replacing my roof. I knew his was a ‘newer’ roofing company, but he was a great ‘kid’ in middle school so I fully trusted him to do a great job. Within 2 weeks (or less) of an initial contact, the roof was replaced (in 1 day) and some extra work I requested was professionally done. They’ll get it done fast! I totally recommend Swindell and Sons Roofing.
